    What happened??
    Raymond did a great job with communication on my first job. On the second request, after an email and 3 calls for a quote, he finally did call me back only to say "sorry, wrong customer number. I'll get back to you." He never did. I thought maybe job was too big so I put in another request for a smaller job a couple of months later. I never even got a call back.
