Raymond was on time and very professional. He knows what he is doing. He repaired some old vinyl windows where the windows wouldn’t lock or stay up. Additionally he replaced our smoke/carbon detectors and installed a new motion light for the garage.
We highly recommend Raymond for all your household needs and would use him again as needed.

What happened??
Raymond did a great job with communication on my first job. On the second request, after an email and 3 calls for a quote, he finally did call me back only to say "sorry, wrong customer number. I'll get back to you." He never did. I thought maybe job was too big so I put in another request for a smaller job a couple of months later. I never even got a call back.
I recant my earlier testimonial about great communication. Raymond never returned a call on last two jobs. Even a call saying he couldn't help would have been expected.

Response: I did not realize that I did this to Mrs. Karen S.  I called her and apologized for the no return call and explained that I had an injury.  Karen Accepted and was glad to hear from me.

I have called handymanelite.com twice in the last few weeks. Needed small repairs done that no other company even responded to me. Raymond answered my calls personally and did the work the same day, or the next day.
I needed a doorknob replaced, a drainpipe reattached to the gutter, an air conditioner put in, that was too heavy for me to lift.
Next I needed a fan replaced, all done in record time, and at reasonable prices.
If you need a handyman, this is the guy you want to call !

I had Ray come to my house to install my window air conditioners just before the 4th of July holiday. He was INCREDIBLE....quick service, thorough job, very professional. He paid attention to detail to make sure they were installed properly. And he went the extra mile to test them out to make sure they were running properly before he left. I wasn't expecting that! He is the very definition of customer service.

I am going to have him come back to remove them in the fall.

Ray got back to me right away about a mailbox installation with a very reasonable cost. He offered to do next day installation but there was a delay in shipping-he was faster than Amazon! He came right out upon delivery of our mailbox-made things so easy for me as a busy mom I didn't even have to be home for it! Mailbox looks great-wish I got to meet you Ray-talk about a speedy delivery! Thanks again!

Raymond was great and dependable! Someone I really felt I could trust with a great job and with a fair price. He gave me a final price over the phone (equal to or lower than every other "MINIMUM price charged" by other people), gave me an appointment very quickly and came and did the job well. I even added another job on while he was here which he came and did a couple of days later. He kept in touch by emails when we needed to change a date. After having a new dishwasher installed a week ago, it did not start and manufacturer said they would send a new one. Problem was, the one I had needed to be disconnected so it could be picked up when the other one was delivered, and also the new one needed installation. The delivery people could only give me a "window of time" (afternoon). Trying to coordinate this was almost impossible. It was looking like I was going to have to have someone come twice and lose two days out of work to make this happen...HANDYMAN ELITE TO THE RESCUE! Raymond responded to my email right away and understood my situation. He was very helpful and accommodating. He managed to work it out so that he came and disconnected the first one, went to lunch while I waited for the delivery men, then after lunch installed the new one. This could have been a much longer wait than it was, and he was prepared for that. He drove a long way to come here and gave me a huge break in this whole process. I am truly grateful!

Our landlord hired Raymond to come out and install our smoke detectors. While he was here he showed me how to seal up our windows. He came back to fix a leaky toilet, and while he was here I asked him about gas vs electric dryers and he went down to the basement to help me figure out what the apartment was hooked up for. I'm so glad the landlord uses Raymond, and once we buy our own home I'll have Raymond be our guy. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a handyman who can handle anything.

I called Raymond after I had already spoke to two other local handymen. He called me back instantly and we spoke on the phone for about 30 minutes. He gave me a quote and new exactly what I was describing that I want to have done. I just purchased my first home and had a few questions and he gave me some excellent advice! He was very professional but made me feel as if I were talking to a family member and cared about the work that I needed to have done in my home. I didn't get that feeling from the other handyman that I spoke to before Raymond. I already trust him and will be calling him back to start my job in a few weeks before I move into my new home!

I called Raymond and he got back to me the next day. I told him what I needed done and he came out the next morning which made me so happy because I wanted it done immediately. Raymond was prompt and very professional and even let me rant about my bug phobia which is why he was here, he sealed up and weather-stripped my 3 air conditioners. He did an excellent job and was VERY REASONABLE!! If I stay in my condo I will be calling Raymond back to do my bathrooms over. Great job, thank you Ray

Looked up a Handyman, called and spoke with Raymond he quoted me over the phone and came out within an hour. A very professional Company, fast and competitively priced. I'm very happy with the 3 doors he hung for me. He asked me lots of questions to make sure it was the way I wanted and also nicely put up with my 2 little children running in and out asking lots of their own questions. I will be calling Hammer and Nail again.

Raymond responded right away to my online request to remove and install a new outdoor sensor light and we were able to schedule an appointment very easily. He showed up right on time, was very professional and completed the job perfectly. It's clear that he has tons of knowledge, experience and skill when it comes to hone building and repairs. I found Raymond on line this year . I needed someone for a few small jobs . They came right on time and did a great job.
Ray and Wally both painted and put up some new moldlings for me , The work was perfect, They even cleaned my front
