After having a new dishwasher installed a week ago, it did not start and manufacturer said they would send a new one. Problem was, the one I had needed to be disconnected so it could be picked up when the other one was delivered, and also the new one needed installation. The delivery people could only give me a "window of time" (afternoon). Trying to coordinate this was almost impossible. It was looking like I was going to have to have someone come twice and lose two days out of work to make this happen...HANDYMAN ELITE TO THE RESCUE! Raymond responded to my email right away and understood my situation. He was very helpful and accommodating. He managed to work it out so that he came and disconnected the first one, went to lunch while I waited for the delivery men, then after lunch installed the new one. This could have been a much longer wait than it was, and he was prepared for that. He drove a long way to come here and gave me a huge break in this whole process. I am truly grateful!
